Here are a few things that could help:
•avoid large heavy meal at least one hour before the drive,
•have in the car some light snacks or just bread (as much as it sounds strange, but only chewing bread helped us),
•have with you a lot of water,
•try to avoid huge activities before the drive,
•if you have longer drive, try to plan it over the night when you child can sleep,
•if nothing helps, have with you enough bags, if you will not have the possibility to stop the car safely.
